The National Counter Terrorism Centre in conjunction with the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs hosted the 23rd Coordinating Committee meeting of the Global Counter Terrorism Forum in Nairobi from 26th – 29th February, 2024. The 32-member Global Counter Terrorism Forum was established post 9/11 to shape the international Counter Terrorism architecture. Its mission is to diminish terrorist recruitment and enhance global capabilities to respond to the threat of terrorism through long-term strategic engagements.
